MotorsportFormula 1 has taken a major step toward its net-zero carbon goals by confirming that all competitors must run on 100% sustainable synthetic fuels starting from the 2026 season. The new rules were developed in partnership with leading global energy suppliers.</p> <p class="mb-4 leading-relaxed">The synthetic fuel is manufactured using carbon capture technology and agricultural waste, resulting in zero net greenhouse gas emissions.
